Aurieges vs partager?
 

Was set on getting the aurieges to match with the 6v6 mo tille, but wondering if anyone has long term experience with the aurieges vs the partager. Planning on going to the local dealer to compare but curious others opinions. Hope maybe to save a few k in the process.

Cant answer the question on comparing the two but I have the Aurieges MM/Montille combo (EL84 version) and they work extremely well together. All my audio buddies were really impressed. good luck with your hunt!

Thanks for the response. Good to hear about the synergy. Was set on the aurieges but as always its just a bit more to move "up." im always suspicious of companies filling every price point with marginal if not nonexistent improvements is why i ask. Cable companies seem to be most guilty since every single freaking pricing bracket is covered by adding another layer of insulation or whatever to justify the increase in price. Dont feel that shindo does this but the pricing structure always makes me question.

There a reason it was so short lived? my dealer has his demo available/

I can't say for sure but perhaps it was Ken's passing, or Takumi picking up the reins... but their product line-up is significantly smaller than what it was a year or two ago.
