Very smooth operation.....I need something like this. I have not used bluetack before, does it hold in place for long periods?

Yes, it works very well; best of all can be removed at a later date with no marks whatsoever.

The Tru-Lift is an excellent performer. Very handy and works well together with the tables life mechanism.
