A Word About Legend Audio & Video
 

It is no secret, Ivan (Masterlu) owns and operates Legend Audio and Video. Many of us here at Audio Aficionado are fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to do business with Ivan, and bring home some great gear at terrific prices. This always leaves everyone happy, and satisfied.

What many may not know is how good Legend Audio's service is after the sale. As good as gear is, occasionally there will be something that comes up that needs special attention. It is at these moments when the cream rises to the top, and I wish to give credit where it is due. Ivan does exactly what he says he will do. He is not happy until you are happy. That is easy enough to say, but to actually follow through on that promise is a blessing for customers. So many dealers talk the talk, but don't walk the walk. You know exactly what I mean, and probably know a mediocre dealer that comes to mind when you read this. Let me tell you, Legend Audio walks the walk.

Most recently I experienced a defect in one of my new Power Plant Premier AC regenerators. I had a bypass relay problem that affected voltage regulation. Fortunately for me, a continuous clicking relay brought the problem to my attention before I energized my system. This was upsetting, but a single phone call was all it took for the problem to be solved. Ivan shipped me a brand new unit, and had the other unit picked up prepaid. I am back in business, and happy as a lark. Knowing Ivan, I never expected anything less, but to actually experience this level of concern for my problem, and taking care of the problem in such a quick and efficient manner was amazing. No foot dragging, just a quick and satisfactory soultion. It doesn't get any better than that.

I wanted to relay this information to everyone, because we so often hear all the bad stuff, and seldom hear any of the good stuff. Legend Audio, and Ivan are a huge cut above the industry standard. You can purchase with confidence from Legend Audio, knowing you will be taken care of should a problem arise.

I want to give credit where credit is due. I have never dealt with any audio dealer who provided better customer service, both before and after a sale. Ivan, you truly are the best.

TommyC.......When you make a purchase in the US and have it shipped to Canada is there additional fees, duties, or taxes you have to pay? Legend ships UPS across the US.

I learned a long time ago, a customer goes where invited and stays where he/she is well treated.

I believe in customers for life, and make absolutely sure everyone that buys from me is completely satisfied; regardless what it takes.

I have had the pleasure to deal with countless members here ranging from a Power Port outlet to the Mc Dream System. Occasionally, even a wife looking to get her husband that special over the top surprise gift. Everyone gets the same prompt courteous service.

I guess what really separates me from the rest is that I do this out of sheer passion, not having to "make the sale" or push one brand over another. Then of course there is my flexble store hours 24/7 :) prices & service. How many of you have your dealers home phone number that will take your call on a Sunday?
