For music sopra and careful component matching, for ht and a ht receiver the golden ears

FWIW I demoed both of these and went for the Golden Ears 1R. IMO they both excelled at different types of music. I listen to a lot of electronic and the quality of the bass and articulation on the golden ears was far superior IMO. The Sopra 2's are admittedly more "musical". Both great speakers.
