Only room for one sub.
Right now I have a Velodyne DD18 that's getting a little long in the tooth.
I don't know if a single F113v2 would provide enough bass output to replace it, necessitating the purchase of a F212 instead. I have also been looking at the SVS PB16, but the owners threads reveal a plethora of failed amps and other teething problems and SVS. I do not intend to integrate the sub with my main speakers for two channel but rather its main use will be as an LFE sub for movies, as my main system is used for two channel and home video (4.1, phantom center.) Thanks in advance; unfortunately all dealers near me are of the custom integrator variety that don't do loaners or even have one in a demo showroom. |

Love my F212. Strong accurate powerful and very flexible just to say a few

I am really happy with the way my one F113 v1 sounds in my HT room in my basement man cave. I only use it for HT use and not for 2 channel. My room is about 15' x 20' with 7'10" ceilings. If your room is larger it may help to have more bass if you are a bass hog. I feel the one F113 is just right for effects without going crazy.

STACK TWO f113 subs.

The E 110 and 112 have high pass filtering that allows absolutely seamless integration of speakers and sub or subs. All JL Audio products rock!

To get "absolutely seamless integration," you also need low pass filtering for the other speakers.

Totally agree. Reason why I'm so big on E series. You get true 24db high and low pass filters on these subs. They also have most of the technology used in F series. Sadly no double woofer version.
