Clear Vinyl (Co-polymer) is better than Black Vinyl

I just got this used audiophile Clear vinyl made in Germany by Sergio Mendes that explained on the back cover why the clear vinyl is far cleaner sounds than a regular black vinyl. Do you guys agree to this? I got to say, it does sound pretty darn clean and good.

Is there any particular reason carbon is added to the vinyl mix apart from producing black pressings? My thoughts are that clear vinyl should be better without the carbon.

For what it's worth all the clear vinyl I have does not exhibit any static issues nor build up of any residue or holding of particles on the surface. I always inspect my stylus with a 10x loupe for dust bunnies, but never find any after spinning clear.
I also find this to be the case with white/milk white vinyl I own, and yes they all have spectacular sound.
