Esoteric 6N D5500 Cable
 

I just purchased a used pair of Esoteric 6N D5500 cables with locking WBT RCA's at all ends for 400.00. I should be receiving them early next week. I purchased to use with my Esoteric UX-3 SACD player. Since I have never heard them, I am taking a leap of faith. If anyone here has heard them and could comment on the sound, it would be truly appreciated.

Well, I received the cable today and it is even more than I hoped for. It is really an Acrolink cable with Esoterics name on it which is what I thought it was. It has a nice warm presence with sparkling highs and a neutral midrange. So far I am very impressed.

This year I bought a couple of Acrolink/Esoteric power cables and am quite happy with them, as well. On my amps, they make the soundstage expand in depth to a remarkable degree.
