These amps do help throw a large soundstage. Bass is nice for a tube amp too. :)

Mike...what did you hear the amps with (i.e., what speakers and preamp etc..)?

Martin Django speakers, Burson HA-160D DAC, and a Dehavilland Ultraverve 3 preamp.
