1 Attachment(s)
I decided to upgrade all of my F113 subs to F113v2's. Today they arrived; all six of them.

That's a massive delivery. Be sure to stretch the back before moving them into place!!
Really enjoying the pair of 113v2's purchased through you. Will have these a long long time. |
Oh Riiiichard! Calling Riiiichard!!
|
Looking forward to what differences you can tell between the two versions and if the upgrade costs were worth it.

Ivan,
What took so long? Getting slow as you get long of tooth. |
First Impressions
Today I got motivated to install a few of my new F113v2's. Although they look identical, I can tell you the V2 was an absolute breeze to integrate seamlessly with my Strad's.
Adjusting the phase was amazingly simple; at one point the subs and Strads just snapped into perfect timing. I have my pair of V2's feathered in rather low at 32Hz but they are incredibly musical. Color me happy! |

Are you using a crossover to integrate the V2s, like a CR-1? Thanks |

Auditory memory isn't very good, but I can say with the new V2's this system has never sounded better. |
