Sonus faber/Yter Flexum Acoustic Panel

Does anyone heard/seen the Sonus faber/Yter Flexum Acoustic Panel in the U.S.? In some parts of the world it is sold as Sonus faber, while in others as Yter (both Franco Serblin's creations).

They're about US $5,500/pr but I haven't seen them in the U.S.

I've seen they being used in many shows. They look beautiful.. but a little on the big side.

We have their predecessors in Berkeley but never brought those in.

They're marketed as Yter over here and they're excellent. If my room can accommodate them they will be high up on my list of things to get.

Hmm... Not enough perceived demand in the U.S.?

The info has been out there. In those years we have less than a handful of inquiries - all of which vaporized when they heard a projected price.

Personally I'd love to play with them but I don't think it's going to happen

just added 6 panels in my listening room. they are really beautiful to the eye, and they certainly improve the overall ambience in the room.

These should be added to a room very judiciously. Their effect is not small.

Very beautiful in the right application.. I'm a strong advocate of acoustic room treatments.

i couldn't agree more.. their impact is noticeable from the first note played in the room. experimentation with actual placement and the angle of rotation is papramount. so far i like their effect very much.
