Any Experience with Impact Barrier floor underlayment from Soundproof Cow

I am expanding a room in my attic to serve as a home theater. I am looking for ways to lessen sound between the floors. The floor itself already exists with blown in insulation in the joists and OSD nailed to the joists. Before I lay carpet and pad, I am looking to add sound isolation.

Has anyone had any experience with Impact Barrier from Soundproof Cow.

Terry... yes, it is a quality product; and I am a dealer for Soundproof Cow. :ok:

Do you have a better price on LD, MD, HD than the Cow website has?
