Kaleidescape System gets the Stillpoints Treatment
 

I put Ultra Mini's in Black under my Kaleidescape Movie Terra Servers, and Strato Player.

We will watch a movie later tonight, and I will report if there is any discernable difference.

Regardless, I feel better that they are isolated from the Power Conditioners that are below them.

Hi Ivan, those Terra servers look impressive. What a stack! What surprised me was
the power conditioners, are they on their side? At first I was not believing that, but
it does look like that. I'm thinking that you had to save the space?

Ivan how much weight are the Ultra Mini's supporting?

Buddy... that stack weighs 80lbs no problem for the 4 Ultra Mini’s.

Sal... yes, you are correct; they are on their side for space saving. ;)

Yes it must be getting tight in that room. Do you do something special to wrap
them up? I mean, it is a pretty good load up and they may need some help
to be more stable.

Yes, they are all held together with 2” wide special tape at 3 points. Once wrapped, they are a solid cube. ;)

Ivan.......So, after movie night last night did you notice any changes in the presentation after the Stillpoints Ultra Mini's were installed?

Dan... I meant to post this earlier; Rich, Donna and I all agreed the video looked better than it ever had. Donna had no idea of anything that I had done.

Audio was also noted as slightly better, more intelligibility on the center channel too.
