Stillpoints LPI

Purchased an LPI for my VPI Classic II from Ivan and have had it for about one week. Having read many rave reviews, I was not sure what to expect. The improvements are not night and day but definitely there. They are subtle enough that I would be uneasy telling my wife what that stainless steel hockey puck cost, but am still satisfied with the purchase. The first thing I noticed was surprising - there is an obvious reduction in surface noise. As for the music, everything seems tighter. Sinatra’s voice seems more defined and centered. Overall I am happy with it and wonder what Ultras for legs on the tt would do.

My purchase experience with Ivan was first rate. He shipped it immediately and at a fair price. When I feel I can afford other Stillpoints upgrades I will definitely send him a note.
