Thanks everybody! I am working on the rest of the room and will run REW later. I need some diffusion in addition to more bass absorption/control. Needs soffits, monsters, etc.

I'm wrapping up an installation of GIK products in my room and gleaned some tips from your efforts, Joey.
Thanks for a fine thread.

My room will never look as buttoned down as yours, but it's been a very satisfying project. My challenges have been in working around doors and windows that somebody before us put in the wrong place! How inconsiderate! My solution has been to use gobos for the first reflections, but I'd have liked to have had mounted panels. My system now has even more focus and intelligibility (clarity) is significantly improved. And of course, bass response is better controlled as well.
