Stillpoints Ultra Minis
 

I decided to place my Ultra Minis under my new Esoteric K-03. However as I understand the Ultra Minis are designed for components that weight 50lbs or less and the K-03 comes in at around 62lbs. Am I doing any damage to either the Stillpoints or the K-03?

Jon.......Each Stillpoints Ultra Mini can support up to 45 lbs. if memory serves me right. Placing four Ultra Mini's under your K-03 is not overloading them. I have four Stillpoints Ultra Mini's under my K-01X, and had them under the K-03 before that. You are good to go.

The K-03 benefits greatly from Stillpoints, even more so with the larger ones. I went from the Ultra SS to the Ultra 5's and the improvement was very noticeable.

I really like the way my Stillpoint ultra minis make my K03 sound. I like them even better with them on a Symposium shelf under the minis and a Symposium shelf on top of the K03. For me, my K03 sounds better with the Stillpoints than with the Rollerblocks I had under it before.
