Birds Eye Maple or Burl Wood?

Looking to get another HRS rack for my new Accuphase system. I am looking at the MXR in either Birds Eye Maple or Dark Burl wood. I think the Accuphase gear may contrast better with the Burl wood; your thoughts are welcome.

Champagne color of Accuphase would probably look better with the Burlwood. You should probably consult with Donna, women are better at these things. :D

Both are absolutely beautiful but I prefer the Birds Eye Maple. Really can’t go wrong with either one.

Birds Eye Maple looks more elegant.

Ivan.......You don't really need contrast to showcase the beautiful Accuphase champagne components. In fact, the Birds Eye Maple strikes me as a perfect compliment to the champagne color of the gear. My vote is for the fresh look of the Birds Eye Maple HRS rack.

Both are nice, but if it's going with those Cantons you posted, I think the maple will look better. The burl may not blend well with the cherry.

I love birds eye maple and the finish on the HRS rack looks superb.
The Accuphase product should partner well in my opinion.

I think the bird's eye maple goes better with the Accuphase.
