Strain Gauge

Anyone own the SoundSmith Strain Guage system or spent significant time with one? The purity and resolution is incredible on Peter's system. The only drawback for me would be giving up my phono stage and line stage which I love!

Problem with a strain guage is its specificity. With my preference in "rolling" cartridges it won't work for me.

One of our members, Naturesphoto (aka Rich) has the Strain Gauge system. Not sure how much he visits this forum though. May be a while before we hear from him.
