I have my own dedicated transformers for both of my homes. :yes:

Each home has 1,000 amp service. We don’t have poles in either location; Power Cables run underground. :p

I can't comment on having a private pole or transformer:tears: but it is amazing that in technologically advanced Japan all wires run overhead. Seems to be no regulations either. Certain streets in Tokyo can have the sky blotted out due to wires. Perfect test case for EM interference issues.
