Damn... how in the World can the last meter of Ethernet cable make an audible difference from my music server?

Stone cold out of the box, the background is more silent/blacker. Every single nuance of music is more detailed, and involving.

I just can’t get over it; but my ears are telling me true. The first Platinum Starlight 8 went into my TAD/Esoteric/Bryston Rig. It was a very fast and easy install.

Next, I will do my all Grandioso System. Now, I have to order about 15 more. I will also put these on all of my Kaleidescape Video Servers and NAS. :o

Are you running this from a switch or a modem?

What’s another $12,750 for 15 Ethernet cables in this hobby of ours? :D

This is off a Trendnet Gigbit switch.

I just installed my second one on my most difficult system to work on; which also happens to be my Best System.

Aida, Burmester, Grandioso Stack; it is difficult due to a lack of working space, and a massive amount of cables.

I was able to connect it, and even have a photo to post coming off my switch.

The results are even greater on this system; true Audio Crack! Lol

Pushing the envelope on this system is no easy task. The last upgrade was adding my Sigma USB Cable; and now this.

I couldn’t be more pleased! :music:
