I ordered all of my HRS Shelves today, so I thought I would share the gear layout.

I think it'll look a little nicer, in person. :D How long will it take for the HRS rack to arrive?

PHC1 11-21-2011 10:52 PM

Phew..... that is a whole wad of cash my friend! Should be a very nice system though.

I will have the rack in about 2-3 weeks.

Just in time for an early X'mas present!

BuffaloBill 11-21-2011 11:13 PM

You do like Giallo Fly Yellow.

chessman 11-21-2011 11:15 PM

Having just been doing some HRS reading in the last few days all I can say is COWABUNGA! What an awesome rack.

PHC1 11-21-2011 11:48 PM

Ivan, is this system for that bonus room you showed me? Are the speakers going to be TAD?

Is this an SXR rack or a custom unit?

This System will be for my store; good chance the speakers will be TAD.

It's a Custom SXR rack with some extra options, and M3X shelves.

This is staying on a ground floor, as in concrete.

Congrats Ivan!
Will be an awesome system.
But I don't see a Burmester phono pre?
Or will you be ordering the optional Phono MC3 or MM2 module for the 088?

JemHadar 11-22-2011 05:22 AM

very sweet...the AVID TT looks like a good match for the Burmester gear...really looking forward to your impressions of the 111 server

This is pretty much my long term dream combo, based on what I have read this is just about the best SS setup available. I am half way there with the 911.

Ivan, as soon as you combine these products I would LOVE to hear your impressions!

Thanks... I too am very much looking forward to it. It may take a while with my traveling, but I'll get there. ;)

cmalak 11-23-2011 12:03 AM

Ivan...are you going to be setting this up temporarily in your Cape home or are you going to wait until the store is up and running and set it up then?

Ha, good question!

I probably won't since the rack assembly & TT take quite a bit of time and un-packing.

But then again, I'm not very good at waiting either... ;)

jwhite613 11-23-2011 12:20 AM

Ivan... Have you picked a location for your store yet?

I have a few locations to check out, all on the Cape.

VT Skier 11-23-2011 09:33 AM

I may have missed this, but will you replace a pair of speakers with TAD or will they be in addition to what you already have?

I am planning to add the TAD's, no replacements; thanks.

I'm assuming that with all this new gear coming, you won't want the leftover crap. I'll do you a solid and let you ship to me; hell, I even pay the - split the shipping!
