Yep, I don't think you'll have any regrets! Current VAC gear sounds absolutely amazing. I had their entry-level Renaissance V line stage in my system a few months ago, and its lifelike midrange made my jaw drop. But in the end I stuck with my (also lovely) REF 6 because I listen to a lot of hard rock & metal. That said, wish I could have tried an "SE" version or a higher model (Master may be a bit too rich for my remaining blood).

I run the VAC Renaissance SE phono stage, which I think is beyond stellar. I also heard the SE vs. non-SE phono; those Jupiter caps and naked resistors really make a difference!

Vac

Outstanding system, Rob! The VAC gear is stunning.
Curious - what is the complex looking piece of kit located on the top center?

Thank you very much! That is a Manley Massive Passive EQ, which I just sold. The VAC leaves me not wanting to tweak anything about it!

Congrats on the new preamp. I'm curious as to how much better the Statement would be over the Master. Or do I dare ask that question for the sake of everyone's wallet?...lol.
