What does it mean that there is a puddle of oil under my amp?

My 300 sei has a puddle of oil under it.

The front feet have oil on them also.

Been doing this for a while now.

Did you neglect your 10k mile oil change? :D

You have a Cap(s) leaking.

They got a bad batch and like all high end left everyone in the wind and denied everything.

Classic high end move.

Sounds like a paper and oil cap ruptured...

Despite what folks may think, they don't last forever...especially any liquid-based cap e.g. paper and oil or electrolytic.

Remember the old maxim: If there's no oil under a British car, there's no oil in the British car.

Q: Why don't the British build computers?

A: They haven't figured out a way to make them leak oil. :D
