2018 Lexus LC500

The 2018 Lexus LC500 is a world-class prestige luxury coupe and a new era of uncompromising design and performance. An all-new platform, 471 horsepower and a class-leading 10-speed automatic transmission come together to create the most responsive Lexus yet.

Saw this advertised many, many times last night during the PIT/NSH hockey game. Looked it up this morning, $92K plus with one option for $10K, bringing the total to $102K (there abouts) for a maxed out non-hybrid LEXUSLC (so the commercial refers to it as). Somehow, the front end design on this car doesn't bother me as much as it does when I see it on other current Lexus models.

The wife likes it, but told her, she'd have a ticket on day one and needing new tires by day 5. Therefore, if she continues that kind of talk, I'll buy her the cast model. Looks like you can steer it not only via the conventional steering wheel and when cornering, flip a selector switch, relocate the hands forward & drive it like a motorcycle?:lmao:

Sure is pretty; but, can't haul a 4'x8' (snicker, snicker).:D

Those tail lights seem ripped from the vette.

According to the MotorTrend review LC stands for Luxury Coupe.

So it's not an LFA or Supra replacement.

More like the replacement for the old Soarer/SC430

All the way around, there are some beautiful lines on this Lexus. I like it.

Beautiful car. As Bob says, the shark front end looks a lot better on this than on their SUVs.

Saw the first one on the road last week. Interesting looking car. RWD is deal breaker for me.

Greg.......Everyone has their preference and requirements. Rear wheel drive is perfect for me. The couple front wheel drive vehicles I have owned I grew to dislike the handling.

I have been considering a new vehicle for 2018 and the Jaguar F-Type and the Lexus LC500 are at the top of the list. Since I have previously owned two Jaguars I find myself leaning toward a change. The Lexus LC500 has captured my attention. The well known Lexus reliability is a major consideration as well.

I love it. Looks like the LFA. Saw one on the road, had no idea what it was.
