N100H getting hung
After the last update on my N100H I’ve noticed that occasionally it will be playing an album and at the end of some random song it just stops and won’t respond to any play command again until I reboot it. I have only noticed this on DSD albums. Anyone else have any similar issues?

Let Aurender have a look, they have a great customer service and can have a look at your N100 over your internet connection

I submitted it last night to them ... how will I know if they did anything?

George....... support@aurender.com usually sends an email to you in response to your support request.

Thanks Dan ... haven't heard anything yet but it's not a terribly serious problem either ... just more of an annoyance at this point.

George.......Did you contact Aurender support using the Conductor app: Settings>Help>Send remote support email ?

Just an FYI ... problem is now a bit worse and still no response from Aurender. I just submitted another ticket through the conductor app. Noticed that it mostly happens on DSD128 files. Wonder if this little guy just doesn't have the horse power it needs?

Try going into settings of the conductor app and under scanner update songs
