Yes, i was talking in general. But isn't the top of the line 1k only about 16-17k? I've heard the 3k before and it was performing at a level that many more expensive speakers can't. This whole line is very reasonably priced for the performance.

I think that's a per speaker (single) price.

ah...that makes more sense, considering the performance I was hearing. it's STILL a good deal, because i just looked it up...the 3k is 7800 each, so for 15600, that's a really great pair of speakers.

The 1k is amazing. I love the Cantons.

The Flagship 1K is $33,500 pair (your price was each).

Does Canton offer any guidance on how close to the front wall the 5K or 7K could be situated and still work well? With their rear port my 9Ks are limited to a couple of feet+. Am wondering if the bottom port might allow placing the 5K/7K essentially 'against' the front wall (within the limits of the base and wall trim).

You can position them as close as 8”~12” from the front wall. This is a tremendous benefit of the Canton Reference Series Speakers.

Is that for a pair? I hope you sell plenty. They are beautiful speakers and I am sure with a great sound.
