Have the 6 1/2" model and am more than pleased. Built new steps into the back door with it and sliced thru the 2x8 treated lumber like warm butter with the carbide blade. Got the matching drill and same thing. Ran the 3 1/2" stainless deck screws thru the wood without any drama. As they say, "highly recommended". :thumbsup:

Yup, I’m quite a tool fanatic. I have the complete set of Dewalt 20v, Makita 18v, and Bosch 12v tools.

After seeing how much better the 20v tools are I also picked up their sawzall, weed whacker and extended pole-saw. We have 20-some large oak trees on our property and the pole-saw has made short work of trimming the low limbs when needed. Made 40, or so, cuts on treated 4x4s with the sawzall for trimming beds. Wish they made a 20v shovel for my gardening. ;)
