I own a Bell & Ross 03-51 GMT Titanium.
No down side as far as I can tell so far, but it sure is nice and light

I used to have a Omega Titanium and Rose Gold Seamaster. It looked like this. A nice watch.

I wear a titanium Casio Pathfinder and beat the heck out of it. It's big but very lightweight.

I have a titanium Swiss Army watch from the early 90's, still works great.

I used to have an IWC Ingeniur in Titanium. The downside is cost.
