It has always been interesting to me that cats and dogs seem to have no sense of self awareness. They are simply authentic without pretentiousness. Those cats could care less how those hats make them look. Dogs are the same.

My cat cracks me up, but I guess this is pretty common behavior....

We recently picked up a small, fuzzy stuffed animal, kind of like a large mouse with a super long tail. She doesn't play with toys much at all so we haven't bought her many lately. But the last few days (and this morning at 2:30 am!), she randomly carries it around and let's out a loud, low, yelping sound that at first is very distressing, until I realize she's carrying the thing in her mouth. She did the same thing with a different stuffed toy years ago. Not sure what ever happened to that one though.
