Remote for XP-20
My remote volume down button is erratic now. Does anyone know of a replacement remote?

Bud.......Is your Pass Labs XP-20 still under warranty?

I'm not sure exactly when I bought it, but it was around this time last year. I sent an email Mark at Reno.

Bud.......I'm sure Mark at Reno HiFi will work with you to make it right. For now, you may have to control the volume the old fashioned way.

I had the same problem with my XP-20. Take it out of the room and if the problem stops we know its the remote. Then if it is the remote send it back to Pass labs after an email of course. Mine was still under warranty so they looked it over and commented that ups fixed it lol. I asked that they send me a new one to make sure the problem doesn't re occur and they said yes if course. I didn't have any more issues after that.

To follow up on this, Mark at Reno is having Pass ship me a replacement. It should be here Monday. Thank you Mark and Pass.
