Aurender Conductor Update:

Jdandy there is another update for the Conductor App. Should fix your problem on your older IPad.

Jim.......Sure enough, now my Playlists appear. Gotta hand it to Aurender, they are on top of their software issues and updates. Thank you for the heads up.
