Stillpoints under a rack
 

Does it make sense to put Stillpoints Ultra 5 under a wood rack or amp stand? Or is that just waiting money?

My understanding is that nothing is better than having the stillpoints directly in contact with the component(s). Assuming you have all of your components already coupled with stillpoints, then I would think only experimentation could answer your question best.

I tried adding Still Points under rack and shelves and it actually sounded a bit worse: hard & metallic. Best under equipment I think.
