Sacrilege, I know.

Instead of going for a house with a dedicated music room I'm downsizing to a fun neighborhood condo. Unfortunately this means trying to incorporate my best components and speakers into one space fit for cohabitation.

Having the two box C1100, D1100, Esoteric K-03x Cd player, turntable, along with 2 MC2301s front and center might be overkill aesthetically. In an effort to blend it a bit I'm thinking have the MC2301s sit naked between Sonus Faber Strads, with the four boxes and turntable to the right of the right speaker in this Atocha record storage unit.

Here's the layout.

A second option would be to have a long floating bench with all the gear naked underneath with records underneath as well. Or if just a fixed walnut or ebonized maple bench to match the graphite strads it could look something like this:

Anyway, I'm struggling to keep my big stuff while still being approachable by a significant other. All ideas are welcome :)
