My Blinn rack in assembly...

The picture doesn't do the wood justice but, it looks amazing.

Is that the whole rack? Seems like a few pieces missing?
I've heard assembly can be difficult. Can you share your experience when you've completely assembled it.
Thanks!

Assembly is not "easy"but, it is not difficult either. Yes, I'm still assembling mine its not done yet. It's the type of rack that you have to think a few steps ahead and put things in place before you start slapping it together. One thing I did wrong at first was putting the vertical columns the wrong way. There is a screw hole that the spikes go into that I installed facing up instead of down. (that set me back a bit). If anything, I think the instructions, although very detailed, are actually too complex. Seeing pictures of assembled racks is what I ended up using instead of the directions so far. Will post more pics soon.

Looks a lot like my Billy Bags; hopefully their shelves wont sag over time like Billy Bags' do. :-(

Can you share the amount of time it takes to assemble the rack completely when you finish and the degree of difficulty it would be for the average Joe.
Thanks.

My frame and small connecting pieces arrived by FedEx today. I took several pictures of unboxing and will continue taking pictures throughout the process. I am believing from what I have seen so far and pictures of completed racks that I will be extremely satisfied. But holding off judgement for now.

I look forward to seeing your pics as this will help me with my process.

More progress today. It seems working from the bottom up is the best way to do this. The rack is extremely strong. I cannot ever foresee the wood warping because it has middle supports on both sides. When you see how heavy the wood is too, you will understand (each piece weighs about 70 pounds). On a side note, I got the recessed shelving so I could get more space.
