And those are only toys. Think about an actual space station, etc.

Ahem, not toys, models... :D Not going to find any of these in a toy store...
But I get what you are saying.

If only the original Bronco’s were as well built.....nice choice of vehicle to model.

Certainly! An early FJ40 or even an FJ45 would also be a nice project.

Yep, that is a popular subject for RC offroad/scale truck enthusiasts. It is on my to do list. Here is a nice example. https://youtu.be/qANLzVU1awA

I am currently finishing up a build based on the International Harvester Scout. I'm sure some of you remember them running around? Built from 1961-1980 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Should be done soon. Mechanics are all in place, just have to decide on the body paint and finish up some detail work.

The full scale Scout my build is based off.

Sweet! I want both full size versions - with a very competent FJ40 restorer in Salida, CO where I live I’m pretty sure that’s the direction I’ll take.

They are out there. Good luck with your quest if you decide to pursue. I’m sure it would be a blast to drive that iconic truck!

When I drive around town there are probably 40 FJ40’s in various states of repair, a bunch of original Willy’s products, a few Broncos and Scouts, and lots and lots of CJ5’s and CJ7’s. Tomken is just up the road. Several Defenders in prime shape. Not to mention a dozen Westfalia Vanagons. Some synchros. Is this heaven on earth?
