Simple remote for Aurender

I have a N100H. Anyone know where to get a simple remote control that lets you skip tracks, pause, stop and change the volume?

Best
Adam

Adam.......Buy an iPad. You'll then be able to use the Aurender Conductor app. That's the way to go. Check out NewEgg.com for refurbished iPads at great prices. The iPad is the perfect remote for the N100H.

Simple remote for Aurender

An iPad is great for choosing a set of tracks to play and I use my for that.
However, once the music starts, I find the iPad to be a distraction (so many other things you can do with it). So I like to close mine and just listen.
But this is where I crave a simple hand held remote. Sometimes you just want to pause or skip a track (like you can do from the buttons on the front face of the Aurender). There has got to be a remote that can do that? Anyone know of one?

I find the same desire hits me at times using my iPad to control ROON on my SilenZio. I also close the iPad and at times would love to simply hit => to find the next song or <= to replay a song.

I am all ears here.

Adam.......The Aurender N10 does not have IR remote capability like their new A10, which comes with a remote. You might want to contact Aurender to see if an Apple remote can somehow be paired with the N10 to give you remote control.

I use a Logitech Harmony remote to do this. I created one activity (Listen to Roon) that with one button turns on all the components needed for that activity (Roon player, audio preamp, amplifiers). The remote has single buttons to do all the tasks that you want to do (pause, skip, volume, etc). It works very well.
I can also use the same remote to program other activities like watch TV.
The remote control uses a regular watch battery and does not need to be recharged.

It also has an App that can be used with your tablet or your phone. So can use either your tablet, your phone, or the remote that comes with the unit.
It works via Wi-Fi.

Adam.......There is also the Aurender Conductor app for Android phones. I have it installed on my Samsung Galaxy S7. It's a free download from Google Play store. Works like a charm.
