Burmester 911 MKiii vs DartZeel NHB-108

I am looking at both amps and was wondering in anyone had the opportunity to audition both? I would be looking at the Dart amp with their Pre and either using a Burmester or ARC pre with the 911.

They're both amazing, but different flavors. I don't think I could say one was better than the other, its going to be which "flavor" you prefer.

You can't go wrong with either. DarTZeel is one of the three best SS products I've ever heard, along with Technical Brain and TAD, but that's just me and YMMV.

If you can arrange an in-home audition (and, at those prices, you should be able to), that will be the best way to inform your decision.

I've listened both with their own preamp several times. Different way of music expression. Personally I love the Burmester 911 Mk3 with the preamp Burmester 808 Mk5, because It is completely neutral and shows no trace of the normally ubiquitous transistor texture and grain in the upper octaves. I consider the 911's one of absolute best of the best power amp cost no object.
