Well . . . i'm insane. Two F110 V2s in . . . a bedroom
The problem with audio addiction is it never stops.:scratch2:
I recently received and setup my first JL Fathom for my living room, the F113V2, and I was blown away by how accurate it was compared to my SVS SB13 Ultra. Details within this thread: https://www.audioaficionado.org/showthread.php?t=40000 Before this experience with the Fathom I was very happy with my elaborate bedroom setup. I run my audio sources through a Marantz AV8802A preamp, decode sources and send the analog to a McIntosh MEN220 dynamic EQ. The now stabilized audio is split to two paths , first a McIntosh MC207 that drives the gorgeous Sonus Faber Olympica I bookshelf speakers, and secondly to the SVS SB12 NSD Sealed subwoofer. The problem is after experiencing the bliss of the Fathom, the bedroom SVS subwoofer was annoying me with its lack of "speed" and "accuracy". So what can a man do when on the search for audio perfection? I have two F110 V2s in route which will be ran as a stereo pair to supplement the Sonus Faber bookshelf speakers. Hopefully this solves the itch. . . :scratch2::thumbsup: Pictures to come after its all integrated. Does this ever end? http://i65.tinypic.com/1yjnls.jpg |
Oh my! Guaranteed shaking in the bedroom, that's for sure!

This is awesome. How big is the room? Listen to a lot of Barry White or Al Green? Lol. Congrats.

Small room 14 feet by 12, then a connecting hall way that leads to the closet and bathroom area. This is all in a 1200 ish square foot condo. Luckily the separation between the units , ceiling, floor, is all solid concrete so I've never hear my neighbors and they never hear me even when rocking the music. |
Sounds like this will help further enhance enjoyment in all rooms

Congrats! JL makes subs that are unparalleled. I hope you enjoy them to the fullest!
