Started my audio journey almost 50 years ago playing with an old radio, tuning in stations from around the country and listening to anything I could. As I have written elsewhere, I was introduced to good sound by my older brother who left some great equipment at our home while he was deployed overseas by the Navy. I would play with it for hours. Listening to different music, moving speakers around, moving my head around to listen to the effects things had. I discovered 'stereo' that way. Fast forward and I am pinching myself with my McIntosh, Sonus Faber, Esoteric, Wireworld, the PS Audio system. Here are my latest system pictures. Color me content. http://www.audioaficionado.org/attac...-189031775.jpg http://www.audioaficionado.org/attac...-796260722.jpg http://www.audioaficionado.org/attac...4117640683.jpg

That first pic is the only one I've seen of you with shoes on - I thought you couldn't afford any after buying all of that great gear! :laughin: Congrats on the superb system, and enjoy the tunes!

Looks like you murdered someone and tried stuffing them behind your left speaker. Their leg and foot is sticking out in view! :split:

Retirement has its rewards! Shoes and shaving are optional on many days. ;)

Ha, my Indonesian puppet girl had fallen down. I will have to replace this picture someday.

Nothing quite that fantastic... But it does bring back fond memories of my travels across SE Asia.
