Apple TV 4th generation

Anyone have any experience with the 4th generation Apple TV? It looks interesting and with the use of Siri to just talk and bring up a program or movie looks pretty cool . How is the sound quality compared to your cable box ? I was planning on using a HDMI cable to my oppo to take advantage of the newer codecs compared to my MX120.

I was also going to use it to stream my iTunes library and Tidal instead of Sonos in the home theater

Downside - AppleTV resamples audio to 48kHz.
