I would tend to agree. A drop or two of something as simple as Dawn dish soap will help reduce the surface tension allowing the liquid to get into the grooves. This will allow for better cleaning action. The only thing is, it’s important to properly rinse with distilled water afterwards.

Rather than that drop of Dawn, try a couple drops of wetting agent such Tergitol or Triton X-100. I use Ilfotol. |
