This is where the theater will be located. The three sided wall straight ahead will be the rear of the room.

Shot taken from the rear of the room looking forward. There will be walls from the support beam on the right closing in the theater. The door will be on the right wall, dimensions are 16' wide 28' deep 10' height.

Yes, one of two; that area will be framed off and be the equipment room.

Have you considered a tank-less gas water heater? They're much more efficient and rarely break. You'll never run out of hot water either. They've been in use in Europe for 20+ years. When I had my house completely remodeled in 2007 I had one installed. Very nice! :yes:
