Dynaudio Focus 340s

Hi everyone. Switched back to Dynaudio. The new focus line impressed me.

The Dyns look beautiful and I am sure they sound that way, too. Thanks for sharing.

Congrats on the S1.4s. You will love them. Great speakers. I just upgraded to a pair of Contour S3.4s. Have had them for about 6 weeks now.

I recommend you bolt them to a pair of Dyn Stand4.

Thanks Race Tripper.....I did order the stand 4 s....I had a pair a few years ago and now I'm right back where I started accept now I have better amplification to push them...I was using Rotel pre/amp....maybe not the best match....I demoed them on the same mcintosh amp that I have at now and I instantly fell back in love.....And boy do they love power.

Yes, they like power. I am pushing mine with a Naim NAP 250-2.

I loved the S1.4s, but I listen to classical music a lot and the S3.4s are a bit better for the demands it makes on a system.

Naim is like Dynaudio: very musical, neutral, dynamic and fast. The two together provide great PRaT (pace, rhythm, and timing), an attribute often associated with Naim.
