Alexia 1 isolation feet
 

Hey to All:

Does anyone know if the Stillpoints Ultra SS will support the Alexia 1?

Or is it better to just use the OEM spikes?

Also check out the IsoAcoustics GAIA feet. BlueOak seems to love them on his new Focals. They’re considerably less expensive.

Phishphan - yes I read his review and would consider, but I have a set on current speakers I will be repurposing, thank you the same!

That changes things. If you already own some, use them. They’re great, just expensive

Please check with Wilson first. I was talking to them, and the engineers said the cabinets and feet were already isolated from the factory. They said using Stillpoints with Wilson will actually make the sound worse.

I have spoken to my friends at Wilson who claim Stillpoints are detrimental to the sound of Wilsons. However, many on this site have reported excellent results with Ultra 5s and Sashas as well as Alexias.

An AA member here just put Ultra 6 on his Alexandria XLF “they never sounded better” according to him.

There is a lot of voodoo and snake oil with these tweaky items.

Spend your money carefully.
