Tannoy Sandringham SE visiting my place.
 

I've been wanting to audition Tannoy speakers for a while now, especially now that I am running the 2301 tubed monoblocks.

My dealer dropped off a pair of Sandringham SE today. Stay tuned for pics and impressions. :thumbsup:

Nice one Serge. You really need the Canterbury or Westminsters to do your 2301s justice but the Sandringhams are very good for their price category as well.

Talk about a different sound than the Sophia's. Very interesting to see what you think after a few days.

BTW, still no amp stands under those 2301's.... ?
I know you don't like stands much but you know all those tubes are crying for some kind of isolation... I can hear them from here !

I love those Tannoys. Wish I were there. Keep us posted how how it sounds.
