Problem with p10

So I just bought a p10 and received it yesterday. Got it installed and everything was working fine until today. Out of nowhere it shut off. When I turn the switch off then on it would come on with the screen saying “initializing” and after hear a 2-3 click it’ll shut off completely. Any idea what’s going on? Btw only the tv was on when it shut off the first time.

Have you tried it with no components connected? Also try using the high current outputs. Plus program it so there is a delay between each input turning on.

Found out what it is. I was using my tv remote and the p10 is receiving signal from it. It back up and running.

That’s lucky!

I had an issue with my projector 3D IR emitter creating havoc with a component before. In the end I had to put BluTac on the IR sensor of the component.

I’ve also had the Chord Hugo TT change inputs when I changed the volume on the ARC LS28 preamp.

Use Black Out Light Dims. Just as effective, but looks better. :)

I’ll have to see if I can get it down under.
