Turley Zin (friend is subscriber to Turley wines) went well at the Bivalve, NJ Oysterfest today. Nine different varieties of NJ oysters (4 from the DE bay areas & 5 from southern NJ coastal bay areas). A great selection and the Turley was a good match for them all (as was a locally brewed beer - forgotten which brewery). We managed to take care of 48 oysters. NJ Salts from the DE Bay were my favorite, though the Strathmere Whale Creek were also excellent.

Milk. Seriously. I pretend it's a fine PNW IPA chasing an exemplary single malt. And that, my friends is no easy task.

For my taste, probably best Belgium beer I’ve had. A bit more potent at 8.5% alc.

Delirium Tremens
