Slk 350
 

Anyone owned the latest genre of SLKs (250, 300, 350)? Am starting to 'kick tires' on one and am wondering if they are simply too small to live with. With the top up there is enough trunk space to take a trip with soft luggage. Top down and more than half that space goes away. A run to the grocery store would definitely be a 'top up' proposition to get anything more than a few items in the trunk.

EDIT: SLK350 was simply too small. Went with a BMW.

Just noticed your thread. I've never sat it one, but just looking inside of an SLK
made me think - too small.

I guess you were thinking about a previously owned one as they've been called
SLC for the last year or two, not that I think they're any larger.

I find that name change somewhat interesting as SLC was what they called the full-sized SL in the long wheelbase, fixed roof version decades ago.

I just read that, after decades of production, The small SLK/SLC line is being discontinued.
