This was an itch I had to scratch... one Vibrant Red Mu-So on the way to be used as one overkill internet radio...oh the madness :banana::banana:

Jacques, how is it sounding right out of the box?

NAIM MU-SO on the way

Right out of the box it takes about half an hour for the sound to settle. I guess the driver surrounds need some break in.

I use the Mu-So as an internet radio, so basically it streams mp3. The format has its limits. However I am very impressed with how this rather diminutive box fills the room with undistorted sound.

Naim’s customer support is lightning fast. I had a question about something not covered in the manual and received a reply within the hour...on a saturday.

Naim has ticked all the right boxes with the Mu-So. From looks (sneaking in some design DNA from the reference unit), packaging, installation and performance. Being involved in business development myself I can only tip my hat. From a Customer experience POV, the Mu-So would definitely qualify as a “best in class” example on how it should be done.

On the whole I find it fascinating how Naim have reinvented themselves with innovative products without compromising brand integrity.

I am very pleased with this purchase.

Happy to hear that Jacques.
Don't forget you can also stream from your iPad.
And then there is Tidal...

I must say, now that I'm playing around with all the internet radio stations, the sirens' call of streaming services is getting harder to resist.
