The standard Bushmill's wasn't too shabby either. A lovely surprise late in my whisky imbibing.

I liked it too!

I believe Jim Morrison fancied Bushmills too. Have to give it a try. So far I have only dabbled with Crowne Royal and JW Black. I believe the CR is Canadian Whiskey, while of course the JW is Scotch. The dark stuff is all new for me.

The 10 year old is fantastic too. Redbreast is still my favorite though. Might pick up the 21 next weekend

:no:I had a buddy over and he liked it better than Pappy 20 say it aint so. :D
I need to shut up about this stuff so it will stay at 100 bucks :smoking: |
Tried the sixteen last night it was good but not near as good as the 21
|
The 16 tasted a lot better after it had been opened and sat for a few weeks

I like a good Scotch Single Malt*(my fave being Dalwhinnie). I tried Bushmills 16yo and it was no contest. Hands down the nicest I've ever tasted.

Welcome Theo !
The 16 is in my book a 9.4 out of 10 the 21 is a 9.9 |

Here is my bar which includes the Bushmills 21, Middleton Barry Crockett, GL 25 year etc. what is missing is the GL 18 I find that the best bang for the dollar spent. However in the last couple of years it has went from below $100 to north of $130 so not so much any more.

love the Bushmill 16, jut picked up a bottle this week in Fl (ABC) for 72 bucks ! that's a bargain compared to Pa (when you can find it)
