I orderd and paid for the july copy of stereophile...at the end of october still no mag is the company giving me the old :moon: or is this par for the course ?

I'm not sure, I got pretty fed up with Mag Subscriptions a long time ago. One hassle after another. :sigh:

Doug...have you called them and complained. Sounds like your order fell through the cracks. I am sure a phone call will solve your problem.

Yes Idid complain about a month ago never really got an answer just felt like I was :wall:

Stereophile is the one mag that arrives like clockwork for me. Never a problem..

I know this may sound stupid, but when you call them, ask them to tell you what address they are sending the magazine too. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that someone has been the recipient of your order, ....in any event won't hurt to check... :music:

And make sure the mailman is not an audiophile ....... :D
